Trading companies run on spreadsheets, email and chat threads. MW replaces them with one system: client requests, supplier quotes, purchase orders, production milestones, proformas, shipments and invoices, each step linked to the one before it.

What we build

• A relational operations base on Airtable, with a view for each role.
• Scripted automations that issue the documents: proformas and commercial invoices for more than one legal entity.
• Alerts and a weekly digest, so nothing waits in someone's inbox.
• Built and maintained by directing Claude agents, which is how one person ships a system of this size.
